Your President
Robert Fox is a long time clay target shooter who was President of the Darwin Clay Target Club for many years, is currently a director of the Australian Clay Target Association, is a level 1 coach accredited by the Australian Sports Commission, a qualified Olympic shotgun referee, a long time member of SSAA and has been a keen hunter all his adult life. He grew up on a Qld cattle station, has a bachelor of science and a masters degree in natural resources and has over 40 years experience in natural resource management principally parks & wildlife. He oversaw the implementation of the current system of regulating NT waterfowl seasons and initiated the declaration of four hunting reserves near Darwin. He was involved in buffalo and other feral animal control work and has wide experience of hunting Australia wide. He also served as a member of the NT Parks & Wildlife Advisory Council. Now retired he devotes more time to shooting including spending many hours developing reloads for his rifles.
